Welcome to Xefa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xefa regarding your use of our AI-powered learning platform and services.

By accessing and using Xefa ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers; (d) use automated systems to access the Platform without authorization; (e) impersonate any person or entity; or (f) harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Any content you submit (reviews, comments, etc.) must not be offensive, defamatory, or infringe on intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards.
You agree to complete courses honestly and not to share quiz answers or certificates inappropriately.
All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Xefa or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content; (b) remove copyright notices or other proprietary markings; (c) use content for commercial purposes without authorization; or (d) reverse engineer or decompile any software.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not affect current billing cycles.
We process payments through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway. We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. Free trial users are not eligible for refunds.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, though some information may be retained as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Educational outcomes may vary by individual.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xefa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xefa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Xefa regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
